La presidenta de México, Claudia Sheinbaum, anunció este jueves que se reunirá en Washington por separado con sus pares de Canadá y Estados Unidos, Mark Carney y Donald Trump, antes del sorteo del Mundial de fútbol 2026 el viernes.
Sheinbaum detalló en rueda de prensa que conversará con Trump en una «pequeña reunión» sobre el comercio entre ambos países.
El certamen deportivo ocurre en momentos de tensión entre los tres países socios en el T-MEC debido a las amenazas arancelarias de Trump.
